Eligibility for Refunds
- You are eligible for a refund if services provided by LYNTHEXIS do not meet agreed-upon specifications or standards, provided that this is communicated within 30 days of service delivery.

Conditions for Non-Refunds

- Requests made after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period.
Refund Processing
Upon approval of a refund request, LYNTHEXIS will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be communicated via email, and will be credited using the original payment method.
